A friend recommended Solaria and it turned out to be my ideal place for my trip to Hanoi from now on. The location was great, close to the old town but very quiet. The room was well-sized and comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. What really stood out though was the staff, warm, polite and accommodating. A special shout out to Ryan and Grace who went above and beyond, especially when I’ve got ta problem with my luggage. Will absolutely be coming back

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this boutique hotel. Our pretty room was perfect. The bed was big and extremely comfortable, pillows were the perfect height and firmness, water pressure in shower was great. The breakfast selection was large and delicious. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, kind, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable about the area, shared their culture with us and are really good people. Thank you to all of you that made our stay so fantastic (especially John, Grace, Chris, Luna, Oliver, all the door staff and everyone else that also helped us and made us feel so welcome). At our request the reception staff booked a great day trip for us too. The pool looked great - we just didn't get around to using it (or the gym). Had a massage at the spa on the property. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this hotel unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised. Checking in was lovely and staff took extra time to give us information about Hanoi and local sights/customs. We had booked a room with a window but it was impossible to see outside due to frosted glass and was too high even if it was not frosted. Breakfast was amazing! There was a combo of à la carte and buffet items included. Coffee was a European style machine so no nasty drip hotel coffee. The hotel is ideally located and it is easy to get around using Grab. The only real issue was the shower. The glass didn’t cover enough so we were always needing to clean up the water from overspray. Also the drain was slow. They arranged a driver for us to get to the airport. Apart from the window (or lack of a functioning one) and shower, this hotel offers great value for money and the staff are fantastic!

新しいホテルであり快適に過ごせました。旧市街のﾎｱﾝｷｴﾑ湖にも10分程度ですが喧騒は少なく、静かでよく眠れました。 暑いので歩き回るのは疲れますが、Grab等タクシーで移動する前提であれば十分便利な立地といえます。
