Rooftop bar and infinity pool were very nice. The entire hotel team was incredibly friendly and helpful; hotel is well run and centrally located making walking around easy while being steps from the beach Spa is one of the best we’ve ever been to.

Extremely pleasant staff and excellent service. Ryan from concierge services did everything to ensure our trip was memorable. The hotel is located right at the heart of the Old Quarters and just a couple of minutes away from the lake. I highly recommend their Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. The food there is delicious.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet every day rotated and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
