From the first day of my stay, I felt the warm and friendly hospitality. The facilities, restaurant, and rooftop bar experience were all excellent. I also booked a Ha Long Bay one-day tour through the hotel, which turned out to be perfect — they even thoughtfully prepared fresh fruit for the ride. After checking out, I received a small gift as a farewell. I want to express my gratitude to the dedicated staff of Solaria Hotel for giving me such a wonderful experience in Hanoi. I’m sure that when I visit Hanoi again in the near future, I will definitely stay at Solaria Hotel once more.

Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas. We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar. Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course. Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise. The reception email me in advance on any assistance prior to my journey. Very helpful

Excellent in every aspect. Staff are welcoming and friendly, especially Eddy. Decor is updated and room is clean and spacious. The hospitality here has been exceptional. The (hotel) staff are lovely, very attentive and try to accomodate and help wherever possible. The best things about Solaria: - very strategically located for a good majority of attractions around the Old Quater. Everything is walkable and nearby. - The food options for breakfast and that they allow you to pick freshly prepared hot food. The rooms are a bit dated and do look a bit old, however, it was still decently comfortable. The one minor annoyance I had was with the toiletries provided here. They give it in those tiny bottles. Would have been easier for use if they had those larger (pump) containers that can be easily refilled. Not a big deal though. The comfort of the beds, cleaniless etc were still very good.

Solaria is a hotel you stay in to wrap your travels up with class. The hotel clerks, Daria and Tamika, were absolutely superb in their support for arranging transportation to the airport. They also helped us schedule a massage in their spa that was professional and healthy. The skybar is the best rooftop bar in Hanoi, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The restaurant is excellent with a variety of regionally representative choices from all over Vietnam.
