「Fantastic cabin very close to town and boat ramps.Not 1 complaint ! The place is amazing with a pond and a large property. Interior has amazing woodwork. Very quiet, private, and secure.Gated entrance. We had 4 trucks with boats attached and fit in the driveway. Well lit areas for entertaining or in our case rigging rods and reels for fishing. This is a special place if you are coming to fish the James River. Just an all around perfect place. We will be back again next year !!」

「Such an awesome house and host! We had my son’s wedding just down the road at Seven Springs and this house was perfect for us! Tucked away in the woods with a beautiful pond to fish! 「We just recently stayed at Cozy Bear Cabin with our family and one other family with 4 kids total ranging from 10 to 17 years and had an absolutely wonderful time. The check in was seamless and the cottage and boat house were beautiful. The kids had an amazing time as there were so many activities to do both in and around the cabin as well as in the water. 「Great location and great outdoor space. Home had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids with enough pillows and linens. Could be better stocked. Clean. We fished, swam, floated and boated and set up a movie by the fire pit. We had a great time! There is so much waterfront here. Bring your own ANYTHING you need for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil), grill utensils (they supplied plenty of propane), baking sheets, large serving bowls, laundry and dishwasher tabs, oven mits, bug spray, “pool”...

「The property was beautiful and Trevor is an excellent host. Everything was very clean and with clear instruction. We came during a heavy snow and were able to enjoy a winter wonderland retreat -Trevor even assisted us getting in and out with our small vehicle. The snowy woods, along with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna and pizza oven made for a beautiful and memorable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wishes to enjoy a splendid tiny home getaway. 」
