“When I booked my stay it was for two nights, and I booked a room with a roll in shower (accessible and with handrails). When I arrived the hotel had two separate consecutive one night reservations, in a second level (no elevator) room that did NOT have an accessible shower. We were required to check out and back in, though not move rooms for the second night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was professional but I wouldn't say "friendly" and never smiled..... unfortunately……

“Very noisy on the ground floor. Several of our group couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. They found it was the night desk staff making the noise. They were asked to deal with the noise and nothing was done. No working remote for the tv. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were amazingly friendly. So our stay (group of 6 rooms) was good for some and absolutely horrible for some. The driver of our group was one who had a horrible night and had to stay awake all day at the conference……
