Brand new home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Fred Meyers, restaurants, pub, and tri-met bus system. Only 25 minutes to Portland Airport. Private bedrooms with large TV, queen size bed, free wi-fi. Private bathtub and shower with full use of kitchen, dining room, and living room. The washer & dryer are available for guests to use. The owner is on-site sharing the kitchen and living room. Private parking space available. Cameras are placed in the kitchen and outside the front entrance to the home for your security.

A place can be called "home"
Everything is so clean and living here it's convenient and cozy. Jan is warm-hearted, always ready to offer help. It's quiete and beautiful neighborhood in the valley. You don't need to worry about any violence here.

Lovely space, great location
I stayed at the property for the month of September and couldn't have been happier. Great host; a welcoming, clean and comfortable space (and very comfy bed!!) and a fabulous location in Happy Valley. All amenities needed are within walking distance, great access to highways linking the city to the suburbs. I'll definitely stay here again.

The place is pretty dirty and there was no oven at all and a super small kitchen sink that’s round like a bowl and there is no where to put your things and they have there stuff all scattered around in the house and then u can hear every little thing and then there is no tub only showers. Also they were lacking in stuff to use while there, everything is very cheaply done and they were all out of pretty much everything so had to go to store and spend over 360 on stuff for us to use at the house it is ridiculous. I’m very very disappointed.☹️

Great spot in Happy Valley!
We had an awesome stay at Jan’s house for a wedding in Happy Valley. Her home is clean, organized and easy to access for her guests. while it is a shared space - Jan is super friendly and accommodating and we felt very comfortable staying with her! would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves out west!

Could not be happier
We were 4 ladies on an Oregon hiking adventure and we were amazed at how fabulous it was to stay at Jan's house. We were a little anxious about renting a shared house but it was such an easy experience! The place is spotless and easy and perfect! She is welcoming and friendly and the place is set up so well to not feel awkward. So easy and so great! Thank you Jan!

Very nice visit
Jan does a very nice job. The property is very clean and nicely furnished. Her communication is great as well. The Fred Meyer store is a walkable block away and has anything you may need for your stay. You can’t go wrong staying here. By the way, the mattress is VERY comfortable. Thanks Jan.

Clean and Accommodating
Jan was an excellent host. Her property is a beautiful two story townhome close to many shops and just a quick 25 minute drive from PDX. The directions for getting into the home were easy to follow and she has everything labeled so there wasn't any confusion with what was available for us to use. She's was a friendly and gracious host and certainly has created a welcoming and incredibly clean environment for her guests.
