「I got to give Patric, the manager, full praise. Really helpful. However, never again will I stay here when we are in the midst of a heavwave, or warm weather. My room had no windows, as it was central inside the building. It had a sky light in the ceiling, but could not open it for air. The room was like a greenhouse the whole time I stayed there. 「We couldn’t fault our stay, it was lovely and very homely, we as a group have stayed in other pods and none compared to these. Everything had been thought of, from the complementary tea and coffee to the bread knife and toaster! 「What a treat this place is. We had an amazing nights stay only sorry we didn’t book for longer. The den was beautiful well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accessories were great. The surrounding area was beautiful and meeting and feeding the alpacas was a special experience. 「Check in was easy and the cottage clean and warm on arrival. It is small, but was perfect for 2 of us with everything we needed for 2 nights. Shower was hot and powerful. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a problem. There is a public footpath that runs past the front door but we only saw one person all weekend. We did spot a deer through the kitchen window which was lovely to see. We did some lovely walks from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you」

「This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property.
