“Harrah’s hotel in New Orleans provided a nice, clean stay near lots of restaurants and things to do. However, our stay would’ve been better if we had access to a microwave (none on property available for use), and a better parking situation. They offer valet-only parking at $50.00 a night (common in major cities) but the service can be slow or even unavailable sometimes. Be prepared to park offsite and walk. Other than that, the staff was great and the location is unbeatable!”

“Very clean accomodations. The friendly, courteous staff was kind enough to store our baggage after our early arrival and saw us off at 4:30 am when we departed for the airport to catch our early morning flight. Great location -- one block from Bourbon Street and two blocks from French Market and St. Louis Cathedral. Wonderful coffee shop located across the street. Air conditioning was very welcoming after full days of sightseeing. Highly recommend!”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking). The hotel is always hosting events, so it’s lively during respectable hours. And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!”
