This condo was very clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well-stocked the unit was as well. My only minor complaint would be to add a few more pillows for the beds.

Lovely walk out condo at trout creek

This was our first time staying at trout creek and we will definitely be back. Clean and just enough space for my husband and I. Loved that we had a walk out patio to let our dog out easily. Comfortable king bed and clean bathroom.

Excellent location within Trout Creek

I felt this unit was in an excellent location. There were tennis courts, an outside jungle gym and an inside gym and pool very close by. Also the fishing was right there.

This was perfect for us. Cozy, quiet condo. Spotless. All the amenities needed for a stay away from home. Close to everything! Convenient electronic renters guide. Friendly host who periodically checked in to make sure our stay was excellent. We will definitely rent here again.

Great hideaway but near everything

Spacious condo nestled among the winding roads and tall trees of scenic Trout Creek Condominiums. Ideally located for dining and shopping at nearby Harbor Springs and popular Petoskey. This unit is at ground level so just mere steps from the parking area for the convenience of older persons like my wife and myself. Way better than staying at a motel, plus we enjoyed cooking our favorite breakfasts listening to the sounds of nature all around this condo.

Our Trout Creek stay was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They could not have been nicer. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pools, the soccer field, tennis and pickle ball courts and the game room. The game room was exceedingly hot and the windows were painted shut. Great experience and perfect location. The condo is located on the lower level with great views of the woods and ski hills from the back patio doors. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Overall the condo was very clean, however the jet tub needed some TLC- would not plan to use it.

The property is very dated. I wouldn’t recommend. Spiders in cobwebs when we came in, bed wasn’t comfortable the bathroom shower and tub old and the condo actually smelled like stale smoke and mildew. Location is good, but that’s not enough to say here again.

Exactly what was promised.

Nice place and very clean. Liked how Crystal described the Building Number and Unit on the VRBO listing.. Was a little concerned that none of the pictures on the listing showing inside of condo but no worries because it is very nice and cozy!
