Trout Creek #122 SHUTTLE TO NUBS! POOLS &Fitness!

Newly renovated end unit with 3 bedroom plus loft condo in Trout Creek! Featuring granite countertops, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and sleeping for 8. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. On the second floor there is another bedroom, bathroom, and loft with trundle bed for additional sleeping space. There are two decks, one off the living room and another off of the upstairs bedroom. Trout Creek offers many ammenities for you to enjoy with multiple indoor/outdoor pools. tennis courts, fishing pond, play area, fitness room and more. There's a free shuttle to Nub's Nob for downhill and cross country skiing in the winter. The Highlands is just a short drive and offers downhill skiing, tubing, mountain biking, zip lining, horseback riding and more. Visit their website for more details!

This listing does require an association agreement to be filled out prior to arrival. The terms of this agreement are listed below.

COMPLIANCE WITH CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS: Occupant’s right to use and occupy the Premises shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to:
the provisions of the Trout Creek Condominium Master Deed (“Master Deed”) and Bylaws (referred to collectively, together with any other document referred to in the Master Deed or Bylaws which affects the rights and obligations of a co-owner as the "Condominium Documents");
such other Rules and Regulations as the Board of Directors of the Trout Creek Condominium Association (“Association”) may from time to time promulgate; and
Act No. 59 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1978 (the “Condo Act”), as amended.
Occupant hereby acknowledges receipt of the Condominium Rules and Regulations. Occupant will be provided a copy of the other Condominium Documents upon specific request. Occupant and invitees of Occupant shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Condominium Documents, the Rules and Regulations, and the Condo Act.
Failure by Occupant or any of Occupant’s guests or invitees to comply with the provisions of the Condominium Documents, the Rules and Regulations, the Condo Act or other applicable laws shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and of the Occupant’s Lease on the Premises.
Occupant shall reimburse TC for any fines or charges imposed by the Association, or by other authority, due to any violation by Occupant, or the guests or invitees of Occupant.
BREACH OF CONTRACT AND DEFAULT/EARLY TERMINATION: TC and the Association may terminate this Agreement and the Occupant’s Lease, and pursue an eviction action against Occupant if Occupant fails to comply with any of the Condominium Documents, Rules and Regulations, or the Condo Act after fifteen (15) calendar days’ notice delivered to Occupant and Unit Owner. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent TC from exercising its rights under the Condominium Documents, the Rules and Regulations, or the Condo Act with respect to TC or Occupant.
RELEASE: Occupant hereby releases TC, their co-owners, members, officers, directors, agents, managers, attorneys, and employees from all liability arising from loss, damage, or injury caused by fire or other casualty occurring on or about the Premises or Common Elements to Occupant, Occupant’s family members, guests or invitees, or to any personal property whatsoever that may be on the Premises, except in the case of their failure to perform, or negligent performance of, a duty imposed by law.

5 minutes from the ski hills

Perfect home for two families. Location to the Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands was prime. Cozy nights spent by the fire and plenty of room for the eight of us.

Comfortable, Clean, Accommodations at a Great Location

This property was as advertised and well maintained. Appeared to have been updated recently. Beds and bedding we’re comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. All in the family enjoyed their stay. The proximity to Nubs Nobb and Highlands can’t be beat nor can the community outdoor pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. Would definitely return.

Great Condo for skiing!

A few friends and I stayed here for a long weekend at skiing at Nub's Nob. The condo is very close to both Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands. The unit was very clean and had plenty of space. Although we didn't drive into Harbor Springs, the unit is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Harbor Springs. Would definitely book a stay here again!
