I booked the Days inn by Wyndham Hardeeville, SC through expedia. We traveled a very far journey and went to check in just before midnight. We were told we didn't have a reservation. I showed the reservation to the person helping us and they said we were at the wrong location. There's another days inn in HardeeVille, SC. I'm sure I'm not the only person to make this mistake. I called to cancel the original location and the person who answered the phone, Sonny, was incredibly rude and said he couldn't cancel the room because I needed to cancel or check in prior to midnight. even though I explained that we technically were checking in before midnight. And at that time it was 12:04, just after midnight. So when we were told we couldn't cancel, I cancelled the current hardeville, SC location and called to say we were on our way to the original location. Once again, Sonny was rude and said that I needed to have checked in before midnight and that I had to cancel through expedia. Of course, the expedia website wouldn't allow me to cancel the transaction via phone or via the expedia app, so I was out the $70 I paid for the original hardeville, SC. Luckily, the people at the second Hardeville, SC location,their names were lucky and vee, were very helpful and accommodating and thankfully they had a room available.
So if you're going to Hardeeville, SC, ensure that you have the right location. Do not go to the one near hilton head, instead go to the one off 95 for a better experience

Staff at front desk was unwelcoming. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. Did the online check-in which asked for a pet fee $10 more than indicated on the website. When I arrived they told me they don't allow dogs. I showed them exactly where I booked and that I paid the pet fee already. They argued with me and I told them you have 2 choices, I stay or I go and you give me a refund. They decided to let me stay. Room had a giant stain on the ceiling and people were yelling and swearing late into the night. Would never stay here again.

Awful hotel. Needs complete refurbishment. Interior door rotted at bottom. Bed springs loud and annoying. Three old hard pillows. Towel was worse than rags - ripped/torn. No stopper in tub. Hotel very noisy with train coming by and people coming all night. A/C sounded like jet plane. I even put chair in front of door because I felt unsafe. Never again staying at Days Inn. Wyndham/Hilton Head should be embarrassed of this establishment.

DO NOT stay here! Should be zero stars. Dirty fridge, sheets, towels. Moldy ceiling, rusty stained and chipped bathtub.. AC and heater doesn’t work.. toilet doesn’t flush…Freight train every half hour. Breakfast is a joke. Only stayed because we drove 17 hrs and had no energy to find another place.

The dollar wouldn’t flush there was no hot water you name it. It went wrong. The only thing that made it good is that there were no bedbugs. Other than that everything else was substandard and it looks horrible. For the majority of the state there was something always wrong. It’s like they took old stuff and tried to patch it up and put it in the unit when it’s not working nobody was at the front desk when I first came in. I stayed there for 10 minutes only to have the maintenance man run up with a video game controller to go get the person who is actually supposed to be at the front desk waiting are checking me in or whatever doesn’t matter. It was a horrible stay it was a big argument because they wanted a deposit you name it. It went on at this place. This place is horrible. Do not go there

When i arrived at almost midnight they wanted to charge me $109, i went to my car and booked through Expedia for $69. Upon entering my room I discovered it didn’t lock from the inside. When i requested a different room they insisted on sending maintenance. A man who looks strung out and dirty that took an hour to redrill the lock. I was a single woman alone. I would never recommend this hotel.

Stay away.
I read other reviews thinking hotel would be okay. Beds were filled with stains, toilet wouldn’t flush, and when we came back to the room I leaned on the door and it opened. No key needed. Lots of mold near ac and Deff couldn’t take a bath! Hotel wouldn’t refund or change us rooms!!
