Heavenly Hemlocks Quaint Cabin on Lake Lucerne

"Absolutely beautiful location, views and atmosphere. Small, cozy, clean cabin located on a peaceful bay on Lake Lucerne with spacious views from the cabin's elevated deck or the from the dock. The area around the cabin was well maintained, grass was cut, potted flowers, two picnic tables, fire pit, deck furniture, etc. We spent hours out on the lake with the available kayaks and paddle boards. From the cabin or dock we had spectacular views of a Bald Eagle nest and watched the parents hunt and feed their children and listen to them scold them as well :) also watched and listened to the Loons, ducks, deer, etc. Cabin is cozy. Great for a couple or parents and a couple of kids, but beyond that you will be a little cramped especially if the weather keeps you inside. The cabin does not have "kitchen" table inside which is not an issue if the weather is good because you just sit outside on the decks picnic table, but if the weather keeps you inside... We definitely recommend this property and will be coming back. The owners were very responsive, friendly and worked with us to adjust our stay at the last minute."

"The property is gorgeous! Its beautifully decorated, so comfortable, spacious and relaxing! We had a family vacation with 12 of us and it was so much fun! We loved the kayaks, peddle boat, relaxing on the dock or by the campfire and making memories! The game room was a big hit and seeing the wildlife was amazing (eagles and loons each day). The owners are super with communication and you can tell they really care. Being able to show up and not worry about linens, dishes, etc made everything so easy. I would highly recommend and hope to come back again!"

"Pool and hot tub were not open. The faucets in the bathrooms off the breakfast area sprayed water directly on my clothes and the floor. Iwiped up the floor so rest of guests would not slip. We reported it and they did not even put up a caution sign. They said there was no dryer on site for me to even dry my clothes. They were out of milk at the breakfast for both days we were there and couldn't get milk from the grocery next door because they have an account with Walmart and delivery was a week away. I asked for the manager as I have never given a bad review, but of course they're not there and the business card sitting there whom I wanted to contact is no longer with the hotel. It was very disappointing but I would say the rooms themselves are very nice."

"If your goal is to get away and just be, this is the place. It feels quite secluded although driving to the gas station, country store or to have a meal out is less than five miles. Hosts are very available and responsive."

"The cabin was clean and well decorated. There were deer in the back yard when we arrived. We watched hummingbirds during the day at the feeders. The beds were very comfortable and the area was peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to relax."
