Perfect Vacation

This home is beautiful! We woke every morning to deer grazing in the back area overlooking the pool. The view from the home is amazing. The accommodations made for a perfect stay were more than we could have asked for. Comfortable beds, modern appliances, spacious rooms! The communication with management was amazing. They always answered any questions we had. I look forward to making this place an annual vacation spot.

With 6 adults and 6 children (ages 8 and under), the Escape to paradise in the Texas Hill Country was just right. The 4 bedrooms were spacious with 3 of them having a private bath. We were more than comfortable with sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was top-notch. We had so much room with the huge counter - prep and serve felt so easy - plenty of room to spread out with room to spare! The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare and serve all our meals. The refrigerator was spacious to hold all our food for every meal over our stay. We used the upstairs media room for the kids while the adults worked on dinner (kept the chaos to a minimum downstairs!). The highlight was the pool, of course. The slide was the entertainment of choice for the kiddos, and they also enjoyed the shallow end of the pool and the whirlpool hot tub. The boys enjoyed playing ping pong, but it was a bit too hot to play for very long in the August heat. The venue is in a very nice, well-maintained neighborhood, and the houses are not close together. And the way the venue backs up to a hill, you feel like you're in a nature space all your own. We saw deer each night! Check in was easy and the videos provided by the host were so helpful. The house was very clean and the landscaping manicured for our stay. Would like to have had more shaded areas close to the pool, but the shade provided was adequate. I would definitely come here again!

Girls Trip 2025

Beautiful property and abundance of amenities. Loved the coffee bar, and all the little extras like popcorn & candy in the upstairs tv room, and plentynof pool towels in the laundry room cabinets. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating with our concerns. There were a couple of things not working, and he was able to get someone to come out to fix them in a very timely manner. This made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this property.

They thought of almost everything here!

Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!

Hill Country Family Reunion

Our multi-generational family met for 4 nights in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us and the outdoor pool, hot tub, games, fireplace, fire pit were perfect for all ages. The large kitchen and two refrigerators made meal prep easy. Sleeping accommodations with the bunk room and media room are best for families who can share beds and the bath that is upstairs. Downstairs all three bedrooms have private baths with the Master having an extremely large tub and shower with three heads. Three people could share the shower and not feel crowded!James, the Owner, was readily available, even for our sometimes stupid questions. The views from the patio are lovely and we saw Deer every night on the hill above the house. Walmart and HEB are only 10 minutes away and charming small towns like Salado are a short 30 minute drive. The driveway is steep but there is ample parking in the oversized four car garage and on the driveway. If you're looking for a beautiful home to enjoy family or a friends get away this is your place. I've rented VRBO's all over the country and this one is outstanding.

Great Family Togetherness Home!

This home is perfect for those large family gatherings and plenty of things to do in the outdoors- Swimming pool w slide, hot tub and waterfalls, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit w lots of new furniture, lounging area with a table and a outside fireplace w a TV and more seating space! The kitchen is great to cook for everyone and all the functionality you want in a VRBO. Sundae and beautiful high end neighborhood and feel very safe taking a walk around the neighborhood.

Beautiful House for a special trip

This house is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Probably even better! Seven of us stayed here for my mom‘s 70th surprise birthday and everyone absolutely loved the house and amenities. It was too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was used and enjoyed. The few questions I had throughout the visit were answered quickly. Would love to come back to stay again!

Truly A Five-Star Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and beautifully appointed. Plus, we had the convenience of being close in to cities such as Salado and Georgetown. The beautiful backyard backed up to a natural area where a number of deer played at all times of the day. The sunsets were gorgeous. It was extremely relaxing and fun. Plus, the host was so gracious and made himself available by telephone should we have any questions. The host thought of so many things to make our stay enjoyable and we could not have asked for more.

Excellent Get Away

Ladies of 8 on getaway checked into a pretty, well kept home with a beautiful back yard. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and corn hole and an excellent tv and sound system. James was an excellent contact point and was supportive in making our stay comfortable. He returned texts quickly to resolve any questions and requests we had. He was great!! We had a great time and plan on another trip here as soon as we can do it.

Baby Shower

We had a large gathering of family and friends for our Son and DIL's Baby Shower. This home was the perfect choice for such an occasion. Amazing Getaway!

This place was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The pool, hot tub, water slide and rock wall water feature make the backyard a oasis. It was simple to use with the app on the phone. Video guide at the coffee bar was very helpful with everything else. The layout of the home is great. Plenty of room to sleep you, your family and some extended family if necessary. We travel to Central Texas a couple times a year, and we will be looking to stay here again in the future. The owner of the property James, was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. If you are traveling to Central Texas with a large family group, I highly recommend using him. Thanks for the great stay and helping to make some awesome memories.

Our family, including all ages from 1-78, enjoyed our stay so much. The outdoor space is outstanding - we watched the College World Series from the hot tub. WHOOP!! 👍 The house is spacious, well appointed, and even better than the photos. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect.. enjoyable

All in all, great stay, let me break it down this way: THINGS I'D CHANGE: make sure to let guests know the garage key pad is on the side of the garage. Better instructions for TV and outdoor speakers. I KNOW TV's are more complex than ever, and also maybe u don't want ppl downloaded channels on it? We were looking for a couple streaming services that weren't on there and didn't know IF or HOW we could add them. The outdoor speakers,we were only ever able to get 1 of them to work, not sure if both needed to connect to bluetooth? We also tried using the provided cable to hook the non-working one up to the working one, no luck. The tablet with the videos is a GREAT idea, however, if you have 5+ ppl in the house, it tends to get noisy, and even if u tell them to be quiet lol, the speaker on that tablet is weak, I'd suggest future guests use headphones. (Enjoyed seeing the mixed family by the way *wink* funny, nice touch). SUMMARY; the house is laid out nice with a nice open dining/living area, plenty of nice amenities (coffee maker & coffee/tea etc) bedrooms are great! The backyard is great for entertaining everyone, whether u want to watch tv, ping pong, hot tub, the pool/slide are great, you'd find it hard to be bored! The controls for the water features, lights etc. were pretty easy to figure out with help from video and a text lol. Host was very good on replying quickly! 2 fridges! Garage door openers! I think they've thought of everything!

Great stay in Harker Heights!

This was probably the best VRBO experience we've had. The house and backyard were beautiful, and the neighborhood was nice. Check-in and communication were seamless (plus there's a handy ipad with videos of things like running the pool to turning on the lights). The house was spotlessly clean and was exactly as we expected it to be based on the listing. Thanks for opening your house up to us, and if we ever the occasion to come back to Central Texas, we'll make sure to stay again!
