“It was an extremely disappointing visit. The blinds were broken. The trash from the previous guest was still in the trashcan, coffee grounds still in cofeemaker, no lightbulb in living room lamp, , no silverware, and no creamer. The sugar was hard, there were no pillowcases on the front bedroom. The mattress and pillows did not have enclosed vinyl covers. The coffee table in the living room was wobbly and unsafe. No TV in the second bedroom. There was only 1 bath towel for 2 guest. The bed……

The second was we were told by cleaning staff that we couldn’t use one of the two sinks in the upstairs. Only the water was turned off to both sinks.
