「The hotel part is at the back of the Pub so very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Nice to stay somewhere where the decor was different to the standard hotel. We stayed there two nights and all meals were very good and served really hot. It was also nice to have the choice of different options for breakfast. The bar and restaurant are separate and really clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several hotels in this area during the past year and the Green Man is...

「The room was clean and tidy, spacious and warm. The Boathouse cafe nearby was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.」

「I stayed here twice this last month. The first time was fine, the only thing is you have to tell the reception each day if you want your room cleaned or towels replaced. The second time I booked my room around 8pm for check-in the same day. I somehow booked the following weekend (my bad). I turned up at the hotel less than 4 hours later and found out my error. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment despite recognizing my obvious mistake and me paying again for another room with the...

「Breakfast good, air conditioner is good」

「in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS」

「Great property, location and communication 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Bluebell House and had a fantastic time. Everything from before arrival and during our stay went very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Theodore!! 」

「The hotel is in horrible conditions, the room was dirty, spots on the carpet and arm chair , old rusty handles in the bathroom , my dog has stayed in better kennels!! 😩」

「Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful 」

「房間及沖涼地方整潔 有毛巾提供 可以自己調節冷氣 Common area 好」

「地點非常理想，距離地鐵站步行只是5分鐘，但環境清靜，而且沿途有很多食肆，只是房間有點兒細」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「Staff is helpful. The room is nice with clean. Easily accessible to different areas in London by tube, DLR or Elizabeth Line. Very good place indeed. Will come again in the future and highly recommend to friends.」

「The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.」

「new and clean property. staff are friendly. enjoyed the coffee machine available in the lounge too.」

「Good location, variety of food options 」
