The power went out during our stay (along with thousands of other homes in the Houston area after a storm) and Joyce was very communicative regarding the restoration of power. She offered us use of their generator in the meantime, which was much appreciated. The unit had amenities in good condition, parking was easy, and we loved being in a neighborhood. ”

“I stayed here for 2 weeks most of it was during the night and had to switch to nights for the last 3 or 4 days it was also very peaceful during the day and the rooms curtains didn't let in to much sunlight it was pretty dark, will definitely stay again if i come back to the area”

“The property is a bit different than most of our rentals but once we understood how to access everything it became much easier to get in and out. The home was clean and we liked being able to park the car in the garage. The owner was very much “by the book” which frustrated us, because most owners are willing to work with us regarding g early access. “Wonderful location in a nice neighborhood.Several co-workers stayed while working at the Houston Yacht Club over a couple of months. Not only is it a nice apartment, the hosts went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. This included home baked goodies and tours of the area!”

“It was just myself and my wife so we didn't need a very large place. However it was a two bedroom two bathrooms so yes it was big enough for another couple or kids. Rebecca the Host was friendly and helpful, check in was very easy with a keyless front door for better convenience. House was very clean and stocked with everything you would need to cook and clean. They even stock toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, make up wiped.... etc. Very thoughtful of Rebecca. I had left a cell phone……

“Excellent efficiency unit that was clean, furnished as expected, and provided everything I needed for the 9 days I stayed there. Not only the basics were provided, but little things like toiletries and and laundry supplies. The host was communicative and helpful. Will stay here again when I'm in the area if it's available. ”

“I was coming to Houston on a short notice for about 35 days for a graduate school program nearby. I was able to find this location and couldn't ask for a better spot! The space was clean, private, and close to public transport, which I used daily to commute to and from my program. I was also relieved that the temperature fo the room was cool throughout my stay, with A/C and fans in each room and excellent insulation. It was a pleasure to arrive home after my program or weekend trips to explore……
