“We would not recommend this location to anyone. The facilities were poorly maintained with broken windows, broken towel racks, torn and dirty stained linens, stained and dirty furniture and filthy carpets. We arrived after 6 PM and were given keys to a room that was still being prepared for us so we had to stand in the hallway waiting. We were in a non-smoking room and the stench of smoke was so strong that it burned our eyes and flared my asthma. This was not a comfortable stay. The only thing……

“The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.”
