gut: - gute Ausstattung der Küche, es fehlt lediglich noch ein Messerschärfer (um die guten Messer wieder scharf zu bekommen) - ein Fernglas bereitzustellen, ist eine klasse Idee - schöne Gestaltung der Wohnung - Balkonnutzung sehr gut, besonders bei gutem Wetter/Sonne am Morgen - ansprechende Bettwäsche, sehr schöne Handtücher schlecht/Verbesserungsbedarf: - die Bilder stimmen nicht mehr - meine Frau hatte sich sehr auf den Schaukelstuhlsessel gefreut - die Betten sollten dringend erneuert werden - die Matratzen sind durch und verschieben sich zu leicht auf dem Unterbau - es sollten wenigstens 1x pro Monat Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken und an der Decke entfernt werden; diese trüben den guten Eindruck - Autostellplatz für einen Mittelklasse-Kombi (Passat) untauglich - bei belegtem Nachbarstellplatz kann man schon nicht mehr aussteigen, das Fallrohr nimmt zusätzlich Platz weg; dank ausreichender Stellplätze gegenüber dem Haus zumindest für uns aber kein Problem gewesen - der Fahrradabstellraum ist zu klein und war bei Ankunft bereits voll; selbst bei Teilbelegung ist die Nutzung problematisch (weil immer irgendwer Räder zu rangieren hat - bei paarweise angeschlossenen insb. E-Bikes eigentlich keine Chance)

Gemütliche Wohnung mit traumhaften Fördeblick. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eine Flasche Perlwein und Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung standen im Kühlschrank. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher in einem Extraraum abgestellt werden. Nur einen Bäcker gab es nicht in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Darauf kann man sich aber einstellen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
