“The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. ”

“We really enjoyed the cottage. I actually think it was renovated recently. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, updated and cozy. The farm is in a quiet area that feels secluded but it’s within a few miles to 2 towns which makes it very convenient. The drive to the Ark Encounter was 10 minutes and the Creation Museum was about 45 minutes. Cincinnati was 35 minutes. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We would recommend this cottage to anyone who……

“This house is just as cute as the pictures with enough space for a large group. It’s also located within walking distance to good dining and shopping!”

“Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15……

“Outstanding property that is quiet and serene. Cottage is comfortable with all the amenities of a home. View of the field with horses is a plus. Location is convenient to downtown Georgetown. We used the location to visit the local distilleries - Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve etc.”
