The Space:
Step inside and settle into the inviting living room, where a spacious sectional and armchair gather around a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Just around the wall, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals or snacks. This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and the other with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available in the gravel lot area straight behind home. Enter through alley. Street parking is also available only where permitted.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and monitoring the front walkway as well as a partial view of the sidewalk/street, and (2) located at the back porch and monitoring a partial view of the parking area, porch, and yard.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.
