“Beautiful setting, and cottage. Could not have asked for more. Will stay there on our next trip. The owners were wonderful as was the local residents that we were able to chat with at the local bar. “I have always wanted to visit Montana. After completion of another degree and no vacation in 4 years due to working on degree. We made the trip to Montana. The accomodations were great, close to airport, beautiful country, close to restraunants, gas, etc. Beautiful view of the mountains and deer came to visit us our first night there. Would recommend.”

“Loved this place. It was perfect for my wife and me. Loved the mountain air. We’ve missed that. We’ll definitely look for this property again. We’re met by a half dozen deer when we arrived. Nice touch! Next time maybe you could arrange for more seasonal weather. 42 degree high temp doesn’t cut it in May. Our MT blood has thinned since we moved to AZ. Thanks for everything.”

“The property is on a ranch outside of Bozeman. Quiet, beautiful vistas, well maintained - comfortable furniture with lovely accents. It is nice when you stay in a place where the owners really feel like they are sharing their special place with you. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in the area. It felt like a little ranch retreat.”

“This VRBO is comfortable - from all the places to sit, to the couch and beds. They have helpful little extras all around the house like garbage bags, a place to hang your coats, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and much more! The decor is so cute and it is located near places to eat, an amazing coffee shop, and a grocery store. The condo was very clean and the hosts are very responsive! If we're ever in Manhattan, MT again, we're definitely staying here!”

“The Wild Trout is a fantastic place to stay in Ennis. The house is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities one might need and then some. In addition to the very comfortably cool western motif and a complete kitchen, additional touches include a humidor for cigar smokers, an electric Traeger pellet grill, a complete coffee and tea set-up (with high-quality coffee beans, K-cups, and teas provided), Wi-Fi, TV viewing options, an electric fire place, and a fly-tying station. “Went to Ennis to fish and recover from a busy stretch at work. This place was perfect for our needs. Restaurants and shops literally a 2 to 3 minute walk away. Marina was very communicative and responsive anytime we had a question. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“We used Ennis as our base to explore the area, especially the Virginia City, Nevada City areas and to UTV out of Whitehall. The house was clean, comfortable and homey, with a well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. The master bedroom & bath were amazing! We also appreciated the use of the outdoor grill and the use of the garage. The owner, was a joy to work with, and always returned my communications promptly. I would definitely recommend this lovely home.”

“The old Montanan's seemed in charge = caring and professional, and their continental breakfast was wonderful.”

“The staff was uniformly lovely and helpful. Some personal touches in the dining room and in the rooms were very nice. The room was very small. It was fine for our two nights but we could not pass each other without climbing on the bed. Breakfast was appreciated but there was no place to eat it. ”
