「The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. 」

Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes.
