Outstanding staff. Very polite and respectful. Our room was clean and quiet. No parking available by the hotel. But a parking garage was near by. It cost me quite a bit $35/a night. But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. ...

The cleaning is very poor. The bathroom was full of hair and poorly cleaned; the soap, conditioner, and shampoo were on a completely filthy wall, and the air conditioner was filthy. For people who prioritize cleanliness, this hotel is not recommended.
