Every utensil you need in the kitchen. Hot tub was nice, fireplace was nice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for having us! ”

“This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!”

“Very nicely equipped house and secluded. Enjoyed sitting at the fire pit and stargazing. Great place for a family. Not as close to Shenandoah park as thought but scenic drive there none the less. ”
