“Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo. Clean, charming and cozy! Communication was great. I hope to go back!”

“Great space , everything you may need with a relaxing forrest view”

“perfect for our little staycation getaway! easy access to Lake Monroe and we loved the historical aspect of the place. The whole property was beautiful and we were impressed.”

“Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.”

“Yes they were great”

“This property was definitely unique! It's like staying at your Great Grandmas house in the country as the furnishings and decor were 1970s - we enjoyed that though! We had what we needed and plenty of space. The oven was definitely old, dishwasher was newer, beds were comfortable but the old spring-type. Be aware you need charcoal for the grill. You are way out in the country so bring what you need as running to the store would take a while. The most interesting thing was the herd of sheep……

“Great place to stay!”

“Great place overall! Loved the deer in the back area Sunday morning! One note for IU visitors: Had some challenges getting an Uber to/from IU campus during an extra busy football weekend. I couldn’t get an Uber game day morning and then one Uber driver didn’t want to go back later that Saturday night; I tipped him extra cash to help convince him. It worked fine on the Friday night.”

“Nice condo, lots of stuff to make you feel at home. Firepit, grill, roku tv, huge kitchen for entertaining or hosting a big group. Water pressure in the showers was top tier and lots of towels, washclothes, etc. The deer here walk right up to you in the backyard area, so cool! Great communication with Angie the host. Be sure to open the binder when you get there for the gate passes!”

“Sydney was very communicative about why the lawn hadnt been mown and helpful when we needed to extend our stay by 2 days. Reasonable quality for the price being quite affordable. There was a slight mustiness to the house smell that we had to air out, strong scented detergent on the bedding which I know some folks like but isnt our style, and a yellow jacket nest under the porch that we moved a table over so our baby wouldn't crawl over them and get stung. Nice location just 3 block walk from……

“Wonderful stay. Place was very clean and everything was as listed. Neighborhood was quiet and nice places to walk. Enjoyed the wildlife. Even the deer were friendly.”

“The property was clean and convenient to the clubhouse.”

“Place was as advertised. Easy check in and easy communication with the host.”

“Very quiet and clean property just 20 minutes from Spring Mill State Park, which is why we chose this Vrbo. Well equipped kitchen. My son was happy that there was a TV in each room.”
