"Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! "

"Amazing weekend! The pictures are 100% accurate, no photos hopefully or editing! Frequent communication from host before and during my stay this past weekend. Camp Host was attentive and easily available. Bathrooms were immaculate, and as a typical tent camper, it was a great surprise! Just a beautiful stay in a beautiful area with thoughtful amenities throughout! You won't an experience like this anywhere else!"

"Everything was very clean. The only thing that we where not happy with was the room being up stairs. When we let them know that we both have COPD they would have offered us a room down stairs."

"The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. Had a humidifier to take the moisture out of the air as well. That helped alot as it was 90 while we were there. Sipan was great and responded quickly. He also gave ideas on what to check out during our stay. We had a great time.will go back again. We also got to see 7 black bear which was a real treat!"

"This is one of my favorite cabins in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. It is very private. The river is amazing with deep swimming holes, shallow areas and lots of playing and exploring areas. The road and driveway are a little scary but so worth it. Our host was lovely and very quick to respond."

"Property has a lovely view, convenient to small retail shops of Lake Junaluska and Chapel. The property is showing its age in several areas. The hotel could use a remodel, or at least a full inspection with repairs. Coffee should be available all day in the lobby, instead of only tea. The cafeteria could use better planning for group meals. Shellfish should not be served."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time with our family. We especially loved the amount of space the cabin provided, which made it very comfortable for everyone.There were a few minor things that could have been better. The outside yard had just been mowed, but the small golf area had not been blown off. There was also a wooden stand-up checker game that was broken and had not been put away or replaced. We couldn’t find a dustpan, and although we found a vacuum, there was no charger available for it to work.The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was advertised as heated, but the water was very cold and unfortunately wasn’t usable for us. The pool area had a lot of peeling paint and debris. The host was great about responding and even had someone come out to take a look at it, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved during our stay.Other than the pool, I would consider everything else to be minor. Despite these issues, we had a great time, and our family really enjoyed the cabin and our stay."
