Staff was excellent!! Very nice cleaning staff and John the General Manager was extremely nice, helpful and understanding. As the General Manager, I hope John's property can be updated. He works hard and seems to be given minimal in terms of support and an upgrade to the property which can be hard to work with when it comes to accommodations for guests. Invest in an upgrade and I'm sure you'll get more guest to stay there, which in turn would be a great return on investment. It would boost moral and people will be happy about working there which would maintain loyalty with employees.
