“We went on Easter, and missed that the restaurant would be closed while we were there. Other than not having dinner, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The views and hiking trails were very nice. I look forward to going back in the future.”

I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not……

“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

“The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. ”
