This hotel has everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet is due for updating or hardwood. The breakfast was great. Staff were very kind.

The first room i was put in was dirty i mean nasty the bed had black stuff smeared all over the blankets n sheets and hair all over the them as well the room had smelled like something was dead in it the air conditioner had black mold all over the vents and bugs as well the mirrors was disgusting stuff all over them food stuck to the tables n hair all over them i called down and ask for someone to come up a young lady came up right away and instantly could smell the death smell in the room and senn how nasty it was she apologized and said that was unacceptable and put me in a another room she was very nice and sweet so when i got to the other room it wasnt clean either the bed looked fine and it didnt smell like something dead i will give it that but the tables where nasty stuck food and drink crumbs all over the counter top and the mirrors was nasty as well i also have pics of it as well i just clean the room myself becasue there wasnt any other rooms available like the one i paid alot of money for the staff was very nice n sweet but cleanliness is most definitely not there and its really upsetting that i paid alot of money to get put into 2 disgusting and filthy rooms and the sad part is it wasn't just one room. It was 2 So I paid a lot of money for dirty rooms.That, I ended up having to clean on my own. Not happy!!! Do better!!!

First, the staff was friendly and helpful, but stretched too thin. Second, the hot tub and the pool was AWESOME! However, the property is on its way to being seriously neglected everywhere else. The tiles in our bathroom floor were loose and moving, so posed a small safety issue with elderly travelers and small children in my party. Had we not already switched rooms once because our originally assigned room had not been cleaned before we showed up, we would have switched rooms due to the tile and various other things (wall lamp falling apart and dangling, glitter and hunks of food all over the carpet, stained sheets on the pull out couch and a non-working microwave). But, like I said, the staff was great and brought us clean sheets, vaccuumed immediately and had the lamp fixed the next morning. The breakfast is edible and hot, but its not great. The workout room was closed and looked like someone had purposely vandalized the equipment. Everything else is fairly dated and run down and it smelled like weed pretty much everywhere. If we had to stay again, we probably wouldn't.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful there during our stay. The only problem was at the current time their hot tub was broke but they couldn't help that They didn't order the part. Other than that absolutely a wonderful experience. They definitely came in clutch. We needed a new place to stay because Roadway inn had cockroaches and stains.

The hotel is old and under renovation. There were contractors there working and had areas taped off. Room smelled. Furniture stained. Exercise equipment broke. I think I was literally the only customer there. Called Expedia and they gave me a refund.

The room was dirty, I went to eat at the breakfast buffet and there was no food at 6:45-8 because they said they had a new girl who don’t know how to cook, the pool area was closed, there was no parking because they had cranes for roofing all blocking the parking lot, the outlets and 1/2 of the lights didn’t work in the rooms, it smelling like dog pee, weed, and beer everywhere.

The room smelled, the remote didn’t work, the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, there was no shower gel dispenser and no bar soap whatsoever so no soap of any kind, the light switch cover inside our room was busted, there was dirt and grime in the corner of the elevator, the bathroom floor was dirty, the wall by the 3rd floor elevator was smeared and dirty, the hot tub was 4” too low water level and lukewarm, and and the swimming area wasn’t taken care of and had no towels, the water. The workers weren’t rude, but they were apathetic. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and a few biscuits, and waffles to make but no meat. For the experience, this hotel stay should have cost half the price!

The room seemed fairly cleaned. We had issues with the microwave and after asking two times I was finally told that I had to have the light switch on for it to work. The staff was very friendly and parking was sufficient.

Barbie, Check-in Manager, was EXCELLENT She was friendly and did everything, including o changing our room groom 2nd floor to 3rd because of the horrific smell on the floor & our initial room. No coffee at breakfast Friday morning!! Windows, window ceils were filth dirty with black hook and bugs!! Screens on windows were shredded /torn.. No housekeeping Friday AM. Had to track down housekeeper to clean room, change sheets, scrub window ceils Extremely loud music and noise Friday night/Sat AM til 4ish kept my room mate and me awake ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPEDIA INCLUDE THIS HOTEL ON ITS LIST. THIS FACILITY!!!
