The hotel met my basic needs: a hot shower, working heating and air conditioning, firm bed, clean towels and sheets, a TV that worked, and a mini fridge for my meds. Any additional amenities that other hotels offer are a waste of good money. I choose to spend that money on dining and attractions.

Room was clean! Bed clean and comfortable! AC quit first night! Reported and was immediately looked at! Worked till we left! Did see a roach! Disappointed there was no coffee available in the room! Price was a lot cheaper than others in the immediate area! Overall I’d give it a C+

Happy customer

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the tv remote was missing, no iron or ironing board in room, and we had to remind them to turn on the breaker for the ac. Staff was very quick to fix the problems and help any way possible without complaining. The sigh out front said free breakfast. Appeared as if they were remodeling that area. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Central City, KY

The hotel is older and a bit in need of some care. Halloween decorations still up in May! Check in at 2:30 pm the desk attendant was in pajamas. Empty prescription bottle on the floor by the ice machine. Sign outside says free breakfast....that is not the case. They shuld cover the sign. There were some stains on the pillow case. It was quiet though and the bed was comfortable.

For older property it has been kept up. Room was clean. Owner was friendly and helpful. His wife was not very good with English but tried to be helpful and was friendly. Everything was quiet and peaceful.

ive stayed here several times this passed month. my family i came from california & are waiting for escrow to close for a house we bought. we stayed here the very morning of our arrival to Kentucky. 1st stay here, the greeter was excellent. very polite. made us feel at home with his generosity. allowed us to do an early morning check in & thank goodness for that because we drove consistently from out of state. 2nd stay here the woman was very stand off’ish and rude to my family and i. toilet didn’t work in the joint room i stayed at here only 1 of the bathrooms worked. nothing was done after my complaint. but i let it go because i didn’t want to seem ungrateful. 3rd stay here nothing worked all night long. no electricity and no water. i just accepted it because the man is polite and i’ve stayed here before i felt comfortable. 4th stay here, the toilet didn’t work. i brought it to the women’s attention over the front desk phone line & all she said was “yes”, “yes”, “yes” over the phone. i finally hung up and had to urinate in a cup. i should’ve never came back after the 2nd time, but i had such a great experience the 1st stay here and it was comfortable. i stayed here my final & 5th time today. a man at the front desk i’ve never seen before. i told him there was ants all over the desk, & bit my mother & my baby son all night long.. also in our food. my sons formula was ruined. he said since i didn’t show him when it happened, that there’s nothing he can do.

Seemed to be recently refurbished. Not in the middle of town but easy driving distance. Excellent for my budget. That said there are no extras. Ie, pool, breakfast, etc. I would return happily. Excellent for retired on a budget

from the outside, it was dark, and not new looking, the room we got though was redone and joining with my daughter and her friends. it was good. TV didnt work but we was tired! no other hotel is around.

Stay away.

Would not recommend. Found multiple cockroaches through my week stay alongside multiple other bugs. Found a bed bug trying to hide in my luggage.

The smell in this hotel hits you as soon as you walk inside. The carpeting is stained and nasty. There was random furniture scattered throughout the hallway. There were children's toys scattered all over the lobby. Everything is outdated and run down.
