“We traveled from Rapid City and Tulsa, OK to gather for Freeman’s Schmeckfest. The location worked great for us, and since we had 7 grandkids that ranged in age from 3 months to 10 years of age, the basement was a great place to send them to burn off energy! The kitchen was fabulous! The bed configuration worked okay for us, but if husbands had been with us, I don’t think it would have worked as well. Our only negatives were the lighting in both bathrooms is terrible for getting ready. Replacing……

“The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot”

“This is the third time I stayed at this property, all with different groups of people. This most recent stay was with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property, which does remind me of a home on the range, is a great space for kids to play. Unfortunately, the wood ticks were out and about which affected the desire to go out and explore. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and overall organization. The stove and under beds need more attention when……

“The house was great and as described! Plenty of towels, amenities, coffee, dishes, etc. Nice, clean house! The only complaint is that the thermostat wasn’t set to heat or A/C and when we arrived it was very chilly in the house/outside, but that is the only thing! Communicated with the host and they were willing to comp the issue, and the host had great communication.”

“Very nice. We play a lot of card games and it had a nice big table and chairs. All appliances were functioning properly. Nice big refrigerator. Close to many places to eat out. Lots of free things to do in Sioux Falls. Garage, off street parking and convenient street parking. VERY comfortable beds and king or queen sized in every bedroom. Perfect for 4 couples. No bathroom in the basement. Put a porta potty in the laundry room and it worked great for us older ones (73, 74 & 76 y/olds) host very……

“Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!”

“Overall experience was great. Mostly was just needed for a place to sleep and the hot tub was great after being on the go all day. Not sure if the batteries to the front door were dead but couldn't get in that way, but was fine as the backdoor worked fine.”

“This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)”

“We were in Sioux Falls for work and had long days so we were just at the property to sleep. Other than a couple cleanliness issues - one that was an outdoor trash issue that was reported right away and taken care of immediately - the place worked out great. Great neighborhood and quiet while we were there. A trooper lives kiddie corner to the property which was a bonus! I would stay here again.”

“This was a great place to stay. WiFi was very spotty and could not really use for phones or laptops while we were there. Game room was great and we used the spa everyday. Great communication with host. Master bed needs to be replaced as the frame is coming apart but mattress was great. ”

“Because of the pool, it was understandably noisy, but the 2nd evening a very noisy machine was doing very loud work right above our room. No microwave, no morning coffee. Everything else was consistent with a comfortable hotel stay.”
