“This was my first time staying at an IHG property in over 10 years. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My family of 6 fit comfortably in their two bedroom suite with the pull-out sofa. It was just what we needed for a quick three night trip. The gym was great, I always had it to myself. The pool area is heated, but the water did not feel heated. The……

“Room was clean but bathroom was in need of some tlc. Old and worn can make you feel like it was not as clean as it was”

“I did not see a gym. But hot tub was ok. Pool was ok. Nothing amazing but good enough. Pool was a bit cold. The room had a curry type smell to it. But all in all it was ok. Nothing to be to upset about. Breakfast in the morning was waffle or toast/bagel. Unfortunately no cereal. ”

“Extremely dirty room, smelled of bleach, food particles and hair on sheets, stained sheets and blankets, MOLD in bathroom. This was true of all 3 rooms here. DO NOT STAY - HEALTH HAZARD!! And I got stuck paying because I booked non refundable, even though we turned in keys and left. ”

“Breakfast was good. The pool was too small. When the front desk was contacted about new towels and toilet paper they were uncooperative. They ended up bringing towels, but no toilet paper. There were only 2 half rolls when we arrived, so that was ridiculous.”

“The room was very nice and the staff was very nice. Only downfall for me was that the walls seemed very thin, so I could hear the neighbors in the room next door quite clearly. ”
