“What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. ”

“A super property in a beautiful N Yorks coastal village. Very comfortably furnished, with all mod cons. The 4-star rating is because we were advised just before our arrival that there was a problem with both the dishwasher and the oven, though the problems were resolved to our satisfaction. Also, the location of the property itself was not clearly described. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would thoroughly recommend this for a friends or family break.”
