「Helpful staff, good Wi-Fi. That's the positives out of the way. You actually have to park across the road in the job centre car park. My room had a raging hot radiator with no controls in May. Reception guy turned it off with a spanner, appreciated. Single Room: Outdated, grotty and only made over (a bit) every other day. Window latch broken, wobbly furniture, deadlock broken, no bedside table or shelf, no hooks or towel rails in bathroom, taps you cant operate with wet hands due to lack of...

「The room was clean and functional. Plenty of parking. The receptionist who checked me in was miserable and didn’t make me feel welcome. Pretty sure I was the only one staying there. The hotel is very tired in most respects. It’s quite isolated also so you need a car to get anywhere. My room was located very close to the A19 so a lot of road traffic noise.」

「Nice views of harbour from front windows. House had a musty smell and was showing its age. Bit of water damage one the ceiling of one of the bedrooms was a bit off putting. Owner was helpful with questions. 」
