「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. 」

「Was a short but sweet stay!!! Beautiful and impeccable apartment. Walking distance to the subway and so close to both Morningside and Central parks. I highly recommend it!! The one thing I would suggest would be new sheets for the bed. They were super rough like almost knotty but the bed was comfortable! Absolutely would recommend the say. 」

The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants.
