The primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released in full after checkout. Guests may alternatively select a non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification.

A 4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended in winter. The property sits at high elevation — plan for altitude adjustment on arrival. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Note that some mountain roads in the area may require chains or snow tires during heavy winter weather.
