“The tiny house is an excellent concept, stayed with my two 14 year old daughters for 3 day ski trip and experience was five star- from pricing, to check in, to check out. Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!”

“We have rented in Leadville before but we were bringing the whole family: 6 adults, 1 infant and 2 dogs. The property was perfect for our needs. Every couple had their own room and their own bath. The large back yard is totally fenced which made dog maintenance easy. Parking was no problem for 3 cars. It is a quick drive to Leadville proper and easy access to Turquoise Lake and hiking trails. The only downside was some neighborhood dogs were rather vocal in the early morning hours. We would not……

“Typical old house in a mountain town. No frills, but slept 5 adults comfortably. Fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. Cute and clean. No wifi didn't really affect us, cell service was just fine. ”
