「The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.」

「I booked a king all they had was a full they said both of them cost the same amount and gave me a full although I booked a king online through Expedia. The pool is dirty. They accused me of stealing the towels and smoking in the room refused to give me my deposit back I will never stay here again.」
