Very clean!

After staying at some horrible places on our road trip, this place was a nice surprise to have a nice clean room, the hotel is a little older but, has some updatws and is very clean! Staff were are nice.

Stayed there for a couple of nights. Room was well taken care of. The bed was comfortable and room was great! Shower did have a couple of cigarette stains but other than that, was amazing. Would stay there again.

Shawn at the desk was wonderful. House cleaning had done half a job. All dirty towels in the bathroom. Toilet paper almost gone and no replacement roll. TV didn't work properly. Shawn took care of it all. The price was right.

I reserved a non smoking room. WhenI got there the room smelt like smoke. Heat did not work. It blew out cold air. Staff was not friendly at all. Hotel definitely needs updating.

HORRIBLE!!! JUST HORRIBLY, HORRIBLE

I stayed awake the first night guarding my personal items so that the roaches wouldn't crawl into my personal belongings. The roaches were crawling from behind the refrigerator, across the bruer and between the board of the bathroom door. Once another room was available, we didn't have to worry about roaches, but stayed awake scratching. At this point, my daughter and I slept in the car! WHAT A WASTE OF $300. HOTELS.COM & American Best (Bishopville) PROFITED ON MY LOSS!!

The first room they gave me and my family was not right the sink was not working .... the bathroom didn’t look safe and not clean and one of the lights wasn’t working... but they did switch me and my family to a different room but the beds was very hard they wasn’t comfortable......
