「The property was great. Little far from trails -12 miles at 25 mph. It is however, situated between both forests and we were able to see quite a bit of trails, both mild gravel roads to some technical crawling. Scenic river waterfalls, mountain peaks and a lot of nature. Bring your stuff as you'll have to travel to get any forgotten items.」

「The treehouse was so cute! Loved the location! Firewood provided was awesome! Very well stocked kitchen. Really was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Easy 1.5 hour drive to Hot Springs. The forest on the grounds was nice to explore. The owners were so kind. We got locked out of our house by accident and they came right to our rescue! We will definitely come again! 」
