“The location was very convenient for the metro (Aksaray) which we didn't use, and for the T1 tram (Yusufpaşa stop) which we used daily and took us to all the key places in the city centre. I'd selected the hotel on the basis of its closeness (110m) to the destination stop of the HVL-1 transfer coach from the airport but, unfortunately, local works meant the coach stopped on the opposite side of the road which was less convenient with heavy luggage.

“The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight.
More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back……
