This spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment is fully furnished with a contemporary Caribbean feel, and caters for all your individual and families needs. Large lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, fully fitted kitchen, two balconies with seating.

Both large bedrooms have Queen size beds (UK King size). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sofa. Both have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned.

This pleasant and comfortable apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a Hastings Towers in the picturesque district of Hastings. Secure block with lift.


The apartment is well furnished, with an open plan living/dining area. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen Sony TV. Free high speed wireless internet connection, with satellite package, DVD player and Stereo System.

The covered patio also offers outdoor seating and lounging area which makes it ideal for Al-fresco dining and enjoying the incredible Caribbean sea breeze.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, an electric stove, large fridge and oven. Other appliances such as electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and food processor are supplied. The apartment also has an electric Hoover, iron and ironing board.

Linens, towels and beach and towels provided. Room service weekly.
A laundromat providing personal or service washes at reasonable rates is right next to the apartment block.

Please note this is a pet free and non-smoking apartment. Not suitable for guests with children as balconies are not fully enclosed.

Renting a car is optional (parking available to rear) as there are many restaurants, shops, banking, tea & coffee houses, bistros & spas within walking distance of the apartment. You can take public transport to the local Super Markets. Bus stops to Oistins Fish Market or Bridgetown are close by.
Beach and board walk on opposite side of road.

The apartment is situated within Hastings which is part of the Historic Garrison Area of Barbados. And also the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bridgetown and its Garrison. In addition, home to the Old Colonial Officers Quarters and Army Hospital, (now Pavilion Court). It is also the beach entrance to the new board-walk. The Savannah consists of the Main Guard, a beautiful Victorian building complete with a large collection of Old Cannons, the Barbados Turf Club (Horse Racing), the Museum, and a vast open area of sports grounds for Rugby, Football, Cricket and Basketball all surrounded by walking and running tracks. Near to the Fertility Clinic and Barbados Shotakan Karatre Club.

There is currently no landline in the apartment.

The apartment was fully rewired in mid-January 2022

Please note the old building opposite (other side of the road) was demolished in Jan 2022. Building work of a new hotel has been taking place since then. We have no idea how long this will take. We have no control over this as we do not own the land. Nor of any other work which may be carried out at any time by other owners in the block. Unfortunately, sea views from the balconies have been blocked.
