JUST ADDED... THEATER ROOM.. Perfect place to watch football or a movie with friends and family.... couch can be turned into a queen size bed as well...
Perfect sunset views from the back side of the house while you hangout in the big back yard. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs with bath. Main floor kitchen living room. Downstairs living room with cabin feel plus bathroom and laundry room. Basement is now a theater room. 3 50" smart tvs.. 1 car garage with a big pad for more parking. Pellet grill and a fire pit.
I do live here as well but gone on the weekends a lot during the summer. And will be gone when you do stay here as well.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were all friendly. It was close to the softball complex since we were there for state softball. We will try to book this place again if we go back for state softball for sure.

Very nice lived in home. Was very accommodating for last minute changes of extra guests. Could have used a coffee maker but there a couple places close by we could get some. May book there again if available.

Hastings
Our host was very accommodating. He provided good communication. House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. My wife and I took a morning walk south and walked around part of the Hastings lake. About a mile each way. Very pretty neighborhood with lots of mature trees. House was big enough to accommodate our party of 6 very comfortably. Guest communicated multiple times that if we needed to use anything to please help ourselves.
