big clean room but bad location

Good: very clean, spacious room. Room is a big studio with fridge and bathroom amentities. Bad: location is in a small village, cannot walk anywhere. Not near central festival or lee gardens. The nescafe was a joke. I try to order a ham and cheese sandwich but they said dont have. So i ordered a tuna croissant and they buy a can of tuna from the convenient store and croissant was from freezer. Not a real cafe. Staff dont speak english.

The air conditioner made very lound noise and very hot in the room even I turned on the lowest temperature despite the maintenance came to fix it. The hallway is not so clean. The room is spacious. The pillow is too thin for me. Overall it’s alright staying here.

建築後年数経過の為、EVやエアコン故障が時々有ります。日本人が好きなバスタブが有ります。このホテルの宿泊代では、貴重です。Hatyaiでは、多分見つかりません。

Comfort home for short getaway

The staff were nice but they were very good with English. Room was nice but not very clean, we spotted spider web in toilet but there's room cleaning everyday to change new towels. The towels smell really nice! Our toilet light were spoilt but the staff managed to react quite fast. One bad thing is that the front desk service is not 24hrs as it is an apartment and the location is not very centralised but overall it's good! The bed is super huge too! Good for small family and couples who wanna home like stay.

Very worth for money.. Superb!!

The room is big, nice and clean with a modern style of equipment.. it is really worth a money to stay here.. Although there is no breakfast provided we can still looking for food by walking around the area. there are many stalls and restaurant around.. fully recommended..

Home away from home

Service was great especially the security guard who'd always guide us through our parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were exactly how they are presented on the site. Tastefully and well thought out design. Quiet yet convenient retreat. A local night market just 3mins walk and a convenient store just below the complex. Great TV channels, Wifi could be better (but it could just be our room where signals was on and off). Would also be great if they provided basic dinner sets since it was a service apartment. Everything else was great, nice comfortable large bed and a great pressure warm shower! Would definitely be back again!

This is a very private location which is very far from busy places, so you must have your own transportation for more convenience. Nice quiet environment, nice big room and nice big bed. But the only bad thing is the pillow too thin.
