“Very comfortable and quiet. While the weather outside was very hot and humid the air conditioning was more than adequate to provide a very comfortable setting. There were a few minor problems with the DIRECTV thus we recommend taking some DVDs in case there are any additional complications. This however, was a minor inconvenience. “Plenty of room inside and out to relax and have fun. 4.5 miles to Lake Arbitus beach is convenient. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. Garage Game Room and giant Fire Ring came in handy as well. ”

“The house works great for our four wheeling group. Clean showers, enough bathroom space, private bedrooms. And other properties right by for our bigger group. The fire pit is nice. Being next to the restaurant and tiki bar is a bonus. Close the trials for riding!”
