“Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“There are no grab bars in the bathroom and no anti slip strips on the bathtub. The maid forgot to leave a rubber mat in the bathroom. I didn't notice this prior to taking a bath so I fell getting out of the tub because I couldn't get any traction! I hit my head, hip and back. When I went to the front desk to complain I was given a rubber mat to put down. I was never asked if I was okay.
The card reader on the side door of the hotel wasn't working so someone was blocking the door open……

“It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections.
The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of……

“It's a budget hotel so I didn't have super high expectations. The lady at the front Angela was about the only good thing about the place though. There was a crabby old lady at the front when I arrived who was very short with me for no reason and told me their system was down cause they were painting then Angela checked me in no problem like 15 minutes later. They did open my door the day I was supposed to check out to ask me if I was going to be up in time which I thought was weird but I was at……
