“I had a delightful stay at this condo in Las Terrenas. The condo itself was extremely clean, functional with working WiFi and the service was excellent. The Property Manager recommended several beaches and restaurants and they were extremely good. I only had to walk across the street to get to the beach, the swimming pool was delightful and it’s only a 2 - 3 minute walk into town. I can’t wait to go back.”

“This property was all it advertised and more. Pure paradise! The apartment was impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the essential dishes and appliances. Its conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and a mini mart. The pool and jacuzzi were steps from the building. And the beach is just steps away from the pool. The beach has perfect soft sand, and the water was amazing. We would recommend beach shoes, as it was stoney when you first walk into the……

“Le logement est super bien situé côté plage et épicerie. C’est sur une grande avenue et c’est très local. Par contre je déconseille fortement pour les familles avec des enfants, étant donné les bars, le bruit et la musique très forte jusqu’auxpetites heures du matin. Ese fin de semana estaban realizando algunos trabajos en el kiosko de la piscina, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de esa área, y eso hizo que la experiencia no fuera tan completa como esperábamos. “The location of this rental is great. Private beach, nearby restaurants, tons of space. We did, however, have a lot of issues with the condo itself. The entire time we were there the wifi didn't work, and I had to do some remote work in the small lobby. The stovetop also didn't work so we couldn't heat things up or make coffee, and the water stopped working several times over the week. There was an awful and very pungent sewage smell that emanated from all the drains, especially the bathrooms.……

“I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights here. The apartment is modern, large and very comfortable. Security is great and guards are very friendly and helpful. Parking with dedicated spot is convenient and close.Great swimming pool, always pretty quiet. Communication with the host was great and he was always available. The place is located near the main raod for easy access. However, this also can be a bit noisy during the day. But this is normal with traffic noise in the DR.Really great stay and……
