“Staff were incredible so this review is not on them. There has not been enough investment in amenities and systems in this resort. While we were there we had no working tv the entire time, our bathtub did not work, and we were not able to make reservations for restaurants until we arrived. This meant that we were not able to get reservations for several of the nights we were there. When we went to leave the resort we were told that in order to call an uber we would need to pay a taxi to take us……
