Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Home OK, property management lazy, rude

Sheets/towels were stated to be supplied and were not. Called management company at 4 PM- person who answered said she would “try” to do something about it. Left property until 5. Came back still no sheets/towels. Called again, go answering service. Moving forward took at least 4 more calls to confirm someone was coming with the sheets/towels. Was told multiple times someone would call us back or sheets/towels would be there soon. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving the property until they arrived to confirm they were there (otherwise would have had to make a trip to a store at least 30 minutes away to buy them). Stuck in property waiting until 7:30 PM when they arrived. Not fun.
