“Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable……

“The host was really welcoming and always available in case we needed any help. The amenities were great, and the appartement was in great shape, everything was as described. A nice and open space for living, in the center of the city. Would recommend to anyone!”

“We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!”

“The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.”

“Logement avec chambres spacieuses et confortables. Déco simple et agréable. Tout le nécessaire est fait pour une arrivée autonome. Très bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun.Merci pour ce WE Toulousain !”

“Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement avec jardin. L’appartement est neuf, aménagé avec goût et entièrement équipé - vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour concocter de bons repas, vous installer à l’ombre ou au soleil sur la terrasse dans le jardin ou même faire une soirée jeux en famille. Les chambres sont calmes, la literie très confortable et le jardin est un havre de paix. Pascale et Matthieu sont des hôtes formidables, à la fois prévenants, disponibles,……
