“We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!”

“The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.”

“Location and ambiance provides a wonderful Toulouse experience. Right near St Pierre, which is the center of old town but near the university. The apartment has a designer feel to it, but is very functional. The hosts are responsive but respectful. The quiet is a surprise given how close the apartment is to the square.Top notch!”

“This is absolutely a perfect place for your stay or your family’s stay in Toulouse France.The apartment is spacious, clean, and Appeared has excellent air conditioning and most importantly virtually nearby anything and everything you would want to do as a tourist or visitor.We were a bit concerned as two solo women about the photograph online of the stairwells. There have been wrought iron railings now up that support going up and down the steep steps that are not shown in the online photos.”

“Well-located loft style flat, with bed and bathroom up 15 steps up a narrow staircase to the second level. A word to the wise. Very close to the Capitole, and about a 10-minute walk to the train station, so it’s convenient if you’re car-less. The personal welcome by Meriem was great. It would be helpful if a booklet was made available, indicating nearby grocery stores, shops, restaurants.”
