“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“With so many elderly people and other younger folks going to Lourdes, I would recommend Paradis management to address the following issues to enhance the experience of your guests; 1: the shower tub is too high and difficult to get in and take a shower. This is not a problem for younger people but a serious issues for older people, and it is a safety issue. 2. No “non-slip” plastic matt inside the tub. This is another serious safety issue since a person can easily slip and sustain serious……

“Dirty room with hair on the bed at the first time we enter the room. The breakfast is very simple with mostly bread. The location is extremely far away with no transportation to reach there.”

“J’ai eu une très bonne soirée à l’hôtel Saint Sauveur/ Panorama. Le personnel était accueillant. Ils nous avaient accommodés avec courtoisie car on était en avance pour lè Check in. Le plus intéressant c’est que la nourriture de cet hôtel est excellent. Bravo au chef! Si j’ai la chance de retourner à Lourdes . Hôtel Saint Sauveur/ Panorama sera toujours ma référence . Merci encore!”

“This was our first time to stay this hotel B&B as it is close to gare de Lourdes (train station); It is good location close to train station, and within 13 ...15 minutes walking to the St. Michael Gate of the Sanctuaire Notre Dame de Lourdes. Or you can take bus L5 the hotel to or from the sanctuary. After 17 years we revisit Lourdes, France.”
